Service Terms

By engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete project information
• Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Use the delivered website in compliance with applicable laws

Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• Basic Plan: $99/month
• Standard Plan: $199/month
• Advanced Plan: $399/month
• Custom projects: Pricing determined on a case-by-case basis

All payments are due according to the agreed schedule. Late payments may result in service suspension.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the rights to your custom website design and content. However, we retain the right to use general design elements, code snippets, and methodologies in other projects.

Project Timeline

We commit to delivering your website within 7 days of project commencement, provided that:

• All required information and assets are provided promptly
• Feedback and approvals are given within 24 hours of request
• No major scope changes are requested during development

Revisions and Changes

Each service plan includes a specific number of revision rounds:

• Basic Plan: 1 round of revisions
• Standard Plan: 3 rounds of revisions
• Advanced Plan: 10 rounds of revisions

Additional revisions may be available for an additional fee.

Limitation of Liability

Website N A Week shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Website N A Week from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees).

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you will receive all completed work up to the termination date, and payment will be due for all work completed.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Website N A Week operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
